Conference programme
The latest version of the conference programme is here.
Posters
We would like to confirm some important information regarding the posters and the poster session:
- As already specified, posters should be printed in A1 size and portrait format (70 cm x 100 cm). Please note that posters must be printed by the authors prior to the conference, as there will be no printing facilities available on site.
- Posters can be displayed from the first day of the conference (23 July 2025) in a dedicated area located in the Galeria Casimiro. Please ask at the reception desk upon your arrival for assistance.
- The poster session will take place on 25 July 2025 at 9:00 AM in the Galeria Casimiro (see the final programme above). All contributors are kindly requested to attend and engage with other participants about the content of their posters.
Panels
Below, we clarify the intended organisation of the panels. Unlike the Working Groups, panels have been designed as a more traditional session format, which includes:
- 15 minutes per presentation, which can be extended by mutual agreement among contributors if the number of presentations allows (each session lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes).
- A few minutes for Q&A/discussion either after each presentation or collectively at the end — this should also be decided by mutual agreement among contributors.
- Contributors are free to agree on an alternative structure for the session, if they all wish to do so.
- For each panel, a chair has been assigned in the program by ECPA. The chair’s role is to help manage the agreed-upon timing and facilitate the Q&A. We thank the appointed chairs for their availability and kindly ask them to let us know if they are unable to fulfil this role.
